As Operations Manager, Paige oversees the agency’s internal processes and client relationship
management. She ensures that projects move seamlessly from strategy to implementation to

Paige also leads the agency’s public relations initiatives, with a particular focus on healthcare
clients. Since joining Empathy First Media in 2023, she has worked with prominent healthcare
